Auggie's Road House
July 3, 2002

Cannonsburg, PA--
This place is a renovated barn with a  deck outside.  The deck is perfect for The Phisbins.  It was a little sticky that evening, but nobody seemed to mind.  In fact, there was a pretty nice sized crowd on hand.  A few phans worth mentioning are Danielle, the little girl in the photo in the middle on the right.  She walked right up and asked for anything by the Grateful Dead (our kind of kid).  As it turns out, her old man works in the kitchen at Auggie's.  In the bottom right picture, we have Ben, the son of the owner, Jen, and Kirk.  Kirk made quite an impression on the band which set the mood for the entire evening--what a character.  Incidentally, this gig marked the first night of having Cupcake in Craig's lap who recently replaced Shirelle, who will spend her retirement in the game room with the D-12, the Silvertone mandolin, an autoharp, a dulcimer, and all the kids' toys.
